Upgrading

I have been in email conversation with blog-city administration to try and work out just HOW one goes around upgrading ones blog.  I have decided to go for it, because I have been hear three years odd and I just don't like the idea of starting again or loosing all my information.  I have so much information on here, it would literally be like loosing my diary.  Something I just couldn't handle so I'm upgrading.

Now in the first email I sent, I got a reply which made it sound like I sign up to the thirty day trail with my current name, so I tried.  Didn't like it because it already exsits.  So I emailed them, and actually got quite a rude reply back.  

And I quote

"I don't think you are understanding how this works.  *We* move you over to the trial. *You* don't have to sign up again. Its all done by us. *We* move your current blog over to the new version, the data underneath doesnt change - just the top layer for editing. Does that make sense?"

So I replied saying I did want to upgrade and I did want to pay the subscription, pleasse go ahead.

They really do need to make this stuff clearer!  I know I got confused about what I needed to do, I'm sure otheres are confused as well!

Oh well!  Here's to the future with Blog-City.
