June is always nice and hot, July will get miserable but then again that's when my birthday is! One year it snowed on my birthday. I have a small roof top patio in my Flat, so I sat out there last weekend with my laptop to do some work. I was only out there for 20 minutes, but had no sun block and ended up very pink! Very pink in deed, didn't actually turn red but it was still very uncomfortable.
Things at work have been very hetic. Have been working long hours trying to get everything done. We have completely moved out of our two other locations so we are all in one place. Best part, we have air conditioning. It's been fantastic, although the office itself doesn't so it can get quite hot in there, but I like heat so it doesn't get to me as much as the others. My Manager, one of the Trustees and myself have been working darn hard over the past couple of weeks, while my co-worker (the one I'm always complaining about) has done next to nothing, hasn't even done his hours in any way shape or form and is pissing everyone off. I really wish he would leave. I don't want him around anymore, but there isn't a lot I can do about that. I do my stuff and if he can be bothered he joins in. Our grand opening is on 19th June, so we are desperatly trying to get things done. The best part is a publishing company, Edgemont, are coming in to deal with our entire opening. The company has something called community action or community concience... anyway they are setting everything up, dealing with all the publisty, running everything, getting everything and tidying up at the end of the day. It's fantastic. All we have to do it get the whole place ship shaped. Not much! *pull out hair*
I don't know what it is of late, but I've been thinking about cutting an awful lot. I've not been feeling myself, I've been feeling really down. I really don't know what it is. I haven't done anything except sleep, but I've really been off of late, and it worries me that I have really wanted to cut over the past week or so. I'll have to watch to see what happens. Summers here and I really don't want to be wearing heavy clothes to cover anything.
My parish priest (the one who's really not been well over the past year) turned 70 this past week. This weekend is his party. We are celebrating in style. But I've had the problem, what do you get the man who wants for nothing! If he mentions to anyone that something would be nice, it's bought for him before the sentence is finished, so what do you get the man. I tell you what. "Gumpy Old Men CD 1 & 2" in audio book format. He will have a right giggle over that and enjoy it, or at least I hope he will. Bless him. I hate buying presents at the best of times, let alone when it's for someone who wants for nothing!
Well that's my update for now. the internet still hasn't arrived at the flat. It should be here soon, at least I hope so, I am going NUTS. I'm going with Pipex who won an award for being the best internet provider. I have unlimit download limit, 10MB download speed all for £20 odd a month. Not bad. Please pray that my stuff comes soon. I miss the itnernet, I missing being able to read all your blogs. I do try but I can't get round to you all while at work, I'll try and do a huge catch up once I've got my connection up and running.

Hi Spike. Yesterday wasn't as hot here as the day before but the UV Rays
must have been more intense because after about 10 minutes or so I had to
get in the shade.
